Nothing else yet haven’t had for very long wanting to modify it but need to get a tuner first! Any suggestions? What’s good ways to make power on these bad boys haha, I have a 5.0 out of my old mountaineer just haven’t gotten around to messing with that either

Welcome to the Herd; lots of friendly knowledgable folk in these forums.
Have here a near identical 2001 SportTracJob2.
I'd first do some basic maintenance+upgrades on the V6~4.0L~SOHC Engin & 5r55e Trans:
* renew both OilPressurized TimingTensioners
* swap JunkPlastic ThermoStatHousing & HeaterControlValve to an Aluminum\Metal version
* delete PCVValve WarmingCoolantLoop 5/16" hoses+fittings; not needed & source of leaks
* swap JunkPlasticTanked 2Core Radiator to an AllAluminum 3or4Core version
* new Fan+FanClutch+RadCap+Hoses+Clamps+SerpBelt+BeltTensioner
* clean MAFSensor+ThrottleBody+IACValve+IntakeManifold+EGRValve+EGRTubing+DPFESensor
* new SparkPlugs+Wires & OxSensors
* service Trans: PanDrop + ValveBodyBolt Torq + new Filter + new PanGasket + new MerconV + Band adjust
* inspect TransCooler Tubing+Hoses+Clamps, tighten+renew as needed
* service TransferCase: new MerconLV
* service Diffs: 75w140.FullSyn+Additive on rear, 75w90.FullSyn on front
* remove+clean InstrumentCluster+DashCenterPanel, tighten Connections+Sockets, new Bulbs
Click here for more info on above items & more.

V6~4.0L~SOHC is not the best choice of engin for power mods,
don't waste time\money on any aftermarket ColdAirIntake kit; stock CAI is as good as its gets.
There are SuperCharger kits, but not a project to be taken on lightly:

I did kn intake and gibson cat back and super tuner and did each one separate and spent a whole day trying and going back to stock and each made a difference, intake was night and day on throttle response and quicker acceleration, tuner was the most and by far best, changing shift points was huge on the lag shifting, exhaust was least but enhanced the 3, it has been 19 years and zero issues but my gibson is showing signs of age, if your going to tow and run bigger tires the tuner is the must have in my opinion. i improved my mpg by 4 per gallon, after lift and tires it went down.
