ST vs. Ranger intake

I'm looking on Ebay and I'm seeing Intakes for 03 Rangers going for dirt cheap. Does anyone know for sure if the intake on the 03 ranger is the same as the 03 sport trac? I'd like to get an intake and for the price it is less then a new air filter.

as far as i can see as long as the intake is for a 4.0 motor it would be fine. the ones for the 3.0 might fit but it might not suck enough air. it hink that would be the case. there is a intake on ebay for a sport trac for 39.99 and 29.99 for shipping, just a thought any way good luck and let us know how you made out-paul

Well, hopefully the one I'm going after I'll get. It was for the Ranger Thunderbolt.
