I got tired of crappy audio.

The stock sub sucked. So I started with this:

Then I still wasn't happy, so I did this:

(Yes, I know I still have to hide a couple wires. I got tired.)

Then, I added this:

There's a 10" Rockford P3S in it. In that pic you can also see the Boston SL80 speakers I put in all 4 doors.

I still have tweaking to do, but I'm happy.

You have to add *img* and */img* to get the pics to show up, but replace * with [ and ] respectively.

That's really nice, problem is, that's for you. Why not stay late and work on a website for us so you can afford more stuff like that.

Seriously when can we expect a website?

Nice setup Dingo, I noticed you used Boston Acoustic SL80s and I am thinking about going with the Boston Acoustic SX85s in mine. Are there any significant differences and which would you recomend as being the best? Thanks for your input.

Desertfox, TX isn't that far.

BTW, I hope nobody looks at the first pic and thinks it just bolts right in. It doesn't.

Dingo, it was nice talking to you and I appreciate the info. Sounds like the SL80s are the way to go if you can spend the extra money, so i'll keep saving up untill I can afford a set of 4. :)

Man that looks sweat and I bet it sounds even better! I still have the stock audio in my 2001. I need audio upgrades for dummies . . . LOL I don't need the boom boom boom as I go down the road but would like to improve the clarity. I just have no idea where to start.

I went for quality not quantity. I'll never win an SPL competition, but the clarity in my truck will be hard to beat. Expecially when I get the time to glass the kick panels and the tweeter pods.

Scott, first step for you is new speakers.
