Still p0301 and some 0171

after i drove to work today i get the code P0301 and P1131...hope not that the new sensor is not working correctly..

Now I am getting this noise.. from the engine on passenger side behind the air back,

The noise is not here when I start the car and the engine is cold..

It's possible you've also got an VacLeak due to broken AC Damper or associated VacHose.
