Sub Enclosure Question??

I have a proform box..Should I put poly-fill in it??? or just keep it empty...I am running a JL Audio W3v2 10??????????????????

I have the 10W3v2-D4 as well.. and my box is stuffed with poly but I'm running a JLAudio 250/1 to it so I think if you're running enough power, it would be a good idea to start with a good amount and back off if you think it's too muffled. Mine is not too muffled and my box is stuffed..
