I've used Mozy for 2.5 years. I have a ton of clients who use it also, simple to setup free (2gb) or unlimited is $50 a year. Automated and encrypted with 448-bit Blowfish encryption. Recovery is fairly simple, thankfully I've only had to recover 1-2 clients though.
I'm considering it, and if I do, it's likely to be Mozy. Main reason--Mozy allows you to backup content on portable hard drives, Carbonite only allows you to backup fixed drives.
