What voltage Is the Throttle Position Sensor suppose to be at from the factory?

There is no Factory correct setting..... The computer will eventually adjust for what ever voltage it is set at...
Mine from the factory before attempting this mod was actually .091
So I left it alone, Why should I lower it...
