thumping noise

Hi guys,



I have been getting a thumping noise from the rear of my 03. Ford says is is the padding at the end of the leaf spring that is causing the noise. Is there a way to get the padding and replace them?

brian,

the insulators are available through Ford, but any sping shop should be able to replace them pretty easily.

I had the same problem, but since todd and paul h assisted me with my truck it has gone away. My bed was out of alignment
