the :retro" look tire is lighter and more stronger then a rubber made tire. it also obviously doesnt get flats.......they do have a purpose but not on SUV's. Performace cars mostly is what they were made for and tested on.

Eddie, that's why my ST is so fast. I have my tires filled with helium, which is lighter than air. This allows them to turn at a faster rate because they have a lower net gravitational force than traditional air-filled tires.

Is that a spinner rim? If it doesn't spin when I stop and stop when I drive then I wouldn't want it.

You should change the air in your tires about every 3000 miles. I use synthetic air and change it every 5000.

Always ask the service department to check the pressure in your spare. The day you need to use it is not the one you want to find that it is flat. :D

Should I use three or four tires?

That depends. Most Sport Tracs take four tires. Mine has a fifth one under the bed, I can't figure out how you drive on it there, so the tread still looks pretty good. However if you're driving an older Morgan you only need three tires.
