Police in Ottawa, Ont., Canada, arrested a 62-year-old man after getting ?several? complaints he was exposing himself in a city park. The eyebrow-raising part isn?t the name of the place he was arrested ? Mooney?s Bay Park ? but his own name " Donald Popadick ".
