So my middle pins on the tonneau cover have sheered off after a lot of taking it on and off. Has anyone replaced those? Do I have to replace the whole middle hinge assembly? Thanks in advance for any tips!

hit up craigslist, I found just the tonneau cover for free, now I have a spare for parts!

Not sure if this is available but the P/N for the hinge is 7A2Z9928550A. It's the whole middle hinge part though (all the way across left to the right side)
