Biggest issue with Ebay hitches is the poor quality of paint. More than a few have bought them and most have complained that paint came off just while installing them..

This is New as opposed to used....bought this same type hitch over 2 years ago.....so far, no problem with paint!!!! Still looks good....what you can see of it...it's hidden pretty well!!
