Trac will not start

Changed the starter and still will not start, I hear the relay clicking the pump summing and here the codes from forscan....

Just getting this out of the way... is the theft light flashing or is it going out as normal?

No flashing, yesterday when I wiggle long enough is started, so I replaced the starter, but is the same..

You wiggled what, the key? Why would you replace the starter if wiggling the key made it start?

Good question, but I did in 90 minutes, so now I have a new starter, lol...it's very strange, I put in new ignition lock, no start..

Does your steering wheel adjust up and down? The wires in there can get pinched and crapped up over time. Try adjusting the steering wheel around and see if it has an effect.

I did, when I turn on the key I can hear the fuel pump and I hear the relay clicking...

It's not the starter, I tested the old starter...he works, I think there is something with the ignition... maybe the ignition switch..
