I don't negotiate. I tell them I'll give them a $300 gross. That way, they can pay their bills and I'm not getting screwed. It IS fair for them to make some profit. If they take the deal, great. If not, someone else will.

I have heard of this but not sure if I am on it. I could be and not know it. How do you find out? How can one get on the list. I do know that the employer has to be on it. how does one do that?
