Tranny O/D problem

Anyone have a problem with the O/D not engaging?? My 2003 S/T with 85,000 miles just started having problems disengaging the overdrive when needed. At first you had to push the button several times to disengage, then you had to place in nuetral first and now it will not disengage at all.:angry: I have never had any problems with the tranny before and I have it flushed every 30,000 miles because I tow a 3,000 lb boat occasionally.

my 04 was having similar problems with the O/D. I forgot what the problem was, I'll try to find the paper work that I got from the dealer when I had it fix. I'll look for it when I get off work in the morning and let you know.

Av8tor,Have you tried taking the negative off the battary yet,sometimes that will reset the computer. Ron
