transponder keys and plugs / wires

Anyone know where I can get some replacement transponder keys online. Also I am asking for some opinions of replacement plug preferrences? thanks

Check with LaRue for the keys. eBay has them as well and our Ford site sponsor will of course..

you will need 2 working keys to program the 3rd key just FYI. If you only have 1 working key, the dealer will have to program the 2nd. For the plugs stay with OEM recommendation, all of the others just seem to cause codes to pop up, rough idle, etc., so just stay with OEM. Autolite I think. Wires, search on the board and you'll find some recommendations.

Motorcraft or autolite double platinum. Wires, go for a good spiral core wire. Pep-boys used to have borg warner spiral core cheaper than name brand performance spirals.
