trouble with take off

need some more help guys .. its only happened 2 well 2.5 times to me but when i threw my S/T into drive a couple days ago it stalled on me. and then the .5 time i was idling up my drive way and when i went to hit the gas it sputtered and almost stalled, what seems to be the diagnosis here?? thank you in advance for the great help i always get here!

I think you need a tune-up and possibly a new fuel filter. Are you getting any Check Engine Lights. If so, you can go to Autozone and they will read the codes for free, which will give you detailed information about your problem.
