Two cigarette lighter power outlets

Hi All

Thought I would ask because I think one of you probably knows off the top of your head

Are the two cigarette lighters on the dash and down by the ash tray on the same circuit slash fuse? - the one near the ash tray has power but the other does not - wanting to know if I need to replace the upper one or not or start searching for blown fuses
