Well, this surpasses the debut of Deuce Bigolow: European Gigolo as the worst day in Eddie's life.

Ouch.

I saw that earlier...glad he's OK, cause he smacked the crap outta that wall.

Shame that it happened though, he probably over estimated his ability or the ability of the car and got in trouble. Seems to happen a bit too much with sports/exotic/super/hyper cars. Recently, someone wrecked a Veyron in England...when the Carrera GT first came out, someone had one at a track, spun out, hit a wall and killed his passenger.

I was watching an auto show {don't remember which one} about two weeks ago. One of the cars they drove was this model. They said it was very, very very hard to steer and control!!!!

Since the Enzo was already rare, with each ensuing crash, the ones that survive become even more rare. There have been at least 5 other destroyed Enzos that I can recall.

The website below is always fun to look at:

LOL. From Wikipedia:

Eddie gained notoriety for crashing a rare Ferrari Enzo while practicing for a charity racing event on March 26, 2007. He walked away completely unscratched, but the rare, $1.5 million Enzo was damaged beyond repair. When asked by reporters his reaction to the crash, Griffin laughed and exclaimed, "Brother's good at karate and all the rest of that, but the brother can't drive"

Bah, at $1.5 million, it isn't totalled. Heckuva good video though.

Eddie should stick to 1970 Cadillac ragtops.

[Broken External Image]:

From "Undercover Brother", one of my all-time favorite movies.

The Enzo is owned by "Redline" executive producer Daniel Sadek, whose exotic car collection is featured in the movie.

Sadek said the Enzo was damaged beyond repair.

"I'm glad Eddie came out of the crash OK, but my dream car got destroyed," Sadek said. "I went to my trailer for about 15 minutes and I thought,`There's people dying every day. A lot of worse things are happening in the world."'

at 1.5 million, it IS totalled.....that car will never be the same.....hand made goodness we all know and love......I could barely watch that video......:(:lol:

my bet -it was a clone car from the movie and it was staged. Look at al the free advertising they are getting. i smell set up.

XST-

"Little collision"? Guess what, put the ST through a similar "little collision" and it'd be totaled as well. That's beside the point, though. The reason why the damage can't be repaired is because of how the car is made. It isn't a body-on-frame where you can straighten the frame...it's not even a unibody with subframes and subframe rails; rather, it's a monocoque. You can't really remove parts and straighten then or replace them. To compound the problem, most of the car is made from composites (carbon and kevlar) that will simply shatter when stressed too far, not bend. Non-easily replaced/repaired parts mixed with construction that will shatter means any good impact will end in a non-repairable vehicle.

Underdog...it is very coincidental that advertising for the movie all of sudden hits the air a day or two after. They also had a subliminal plug thrown into last night's Bullrun episode.

If it's a kit car and they trashed it for publicity, it's brilliant.

If it's a real Enzo and they trashed it for publicity, it's tasteless. Kind of like burning a Picasso to get coverage for a museum opening.

IMHO, it's the real deal. Eddie looks like he **** himself, and he's not THAT good of an actor.
