Warm air seeping in

Is it normal in 01-05 Tracs to have a little airflow seeping into the foot wells? It was a warm night last night and while on the freeway my gf and I (both wearing shorts) could feel warm air flowing down by the ankles. My AC was off.

I think that is the Fresh air intake that all cars must have now by law, Not 100% sure..

John, assuming the controls are in the "Off" position, check the vacuum hose to the Vacuum Control Motor for the air inlet door. See the vacuum schematic in your shop manual - Climate Control System, Diagnosis and Testing.
