its on the second page of the article. but that water for gas kit is crap. however the idea it is based on is not. it is possible to increase you gas mileage with water. Me and a couple of guys are working on a Hydrogen generator right now. we are building them after the design of a guy under the name zerofossilfuels ill try and find a link. i will be putting one on my trac and document everything
