GF and I are going to a local pub, have some dinner, drinks and just to hang out. I have to be up early so we are going at 4pm so I can "get to bed" early,:lol:

Hahahaha, nuthin! Single on Valentines for the first time in 4 years. I think Ima get a 6pack of Killians and watch some TV with some buddies.

Rachel has school tonight, Will save the fun for the weekend...

Just going to hang home, make something good for dinner, and chill...

It's a suprise :D This year is Scott's year. We trade off each year and last year I took him to Texas de Brazil followed by a trip to the Bass Pro. It'll be interesting to see what he comes up with. Honestly, I just hope its a quiet evening home with a simple candlelight dinner and maybe a few suprises

Hmm.... no GF either. At least not a FOR REAL one! Some beer, a few lies to tell, cleaning up the ISLAND BLUE 01' ST(my real GF)(my money goes on her!) and cruising tha' streets and wishing all the ladies a happy V DAY! I Usually cruise downtown DALLAS doing this every year. Oh, BTW, love aint just for the ladies exclusively, US GUYS need a Valentine's kudo also, so let them show us some love, too!

:):D:rolleyes:;):lol::p:wub::cool:

Me and the wife will enjoy a dinner at home, I'm cooking as I usually do. Keeping it quiet is difficult with a one year old but he's part of the family so he can do as he pleases. A good poem to bring some tears (never fails). I did get some chocolates, a card and a PDA phone for her. She needs it for her job. And after the little one is sleep, then it's time for some HBNLM:D

The wife and I went to Charleston SC for the weekend since we are both working today. I dont get off until 7pm so she should have dinner ready when I get home. After that, who knows, she is wanting a baby so she might get lucky tonight:D

I am making dinner for the wife and I:

- portabella mushroom soup

- pan-seared filet mignon with cracked peppercorn and kosher salt rub

- 1/2 lb rock lobster tail w/ melted butter

- lightly steamed asparagus tips

- warm cherry pie ala-mode

(oh, the kids are getting TV-dinners and DVDs so they will eat first then leave me alone while I prepare the grownup meal)

P.S. Almost forgot, she is getting a dozen long stemmed red roses too; in addition to the parafin spa I bought her over the weekend.

This is the 20th year that my hubby has been "My Valentine" so I'm not really sure what he has in mind, he loves to surprise me. This morning I walked into a bathroom full of flowers. Then I receive 2 flower deliveries at work. My office smells of roses and other assorted flowers.

If the hubby has no other plans, then I'll make him a really nice dinner and enjoy and nice quiet evening.

Eat dinner at home, watch some TV and then do what we do most every night. Been married less than four months. Know what I mean, Verne?

I will either fly her to Paris where we will have a romantic dinner near the Eiffel Tower and then present her with an incredibly expensive diamond ring or I will just stop at KFC on the way home and bring her the family deal. I'll let you know tomorrow what I decided.

This is our 22nd VD together (and I'm only 40:blink: ). I'm going bowling. Besides, she had 4500 bucks of "Theatre Seating" delivered this very morning. But I haven't decided who that is actually for yet :p

Somehow, referring to Valentine's Day as VD kind of takes the magic out of it.

Wife has school, so I will probably start prepping the laundry room for laying tile.

Friends of mine own a restaurant and they're having a Valentine's Day buffet. After that, and maybe before that, well, who knows? ;)

Met the wife for lunch at Wendy's and gave her a card and a rose. I'm so romantic....

Gave the bride a card this morning and she goes 'gulp'. She forgot to buy me one. LOL. I guess I am 1 up on her. I better put that one in the bank to save it for a rainy day. :)
