Am 62, wgt 198, same as 20 yrs ago, bulked up to 210 last year for a time when my avid sex life ended for several mos ( shatterd my right wrist, full cast, pins, etc) all is well now.

Gary S and Bill, I tried the chantix. Did it for 6 months. All it did was slow me down. My body craved the nicotine. Patches and gum no help.



Tha side effects for me. Night terrors were bad. If I could remember them. I could write horror movies...
