According to the home page link, no. Until a PO box problem is cleared up, they are not going to be available until Spring 2006.
Yeah, and I am sorry about that. I go in to pick up the decal requests about once a month. This is a store I've had a relationship with for nearly seven years. Last week, I went in to pick up the mail...no mail. Go to the counter, conversation goes like this:
"Hi. Where's my mail?"
"Sent back."
"Why?" I ask.
"Oh, we tried to call you. Your account was past due."
"When I asked in October, you told me I was paid up through July 2006. And besides, you have my credit card on file. The way I've done business with this store FOR THE LAST SIX OR SEVEN YEARS is, you charge my card and send me an invoice, marked as paid. And, FYI, only two people answer my phone: Me and the answering machine. Neither of us has heard from you."
The guy proceeds to put on an attitude, not willing to admit any error. The problem is new ownership. They don't care how long I've been a customer or how much stuff I've shipped through the store in the past. As far as their concerned, it's my fault.
So I fired them.
I'll be renting a new box shortly, and the decal program will continue.
