Where to find this door piece? (pics)

Does anyone know the part number to this weather strip located on the rear doors, where they meet the B-pillar. I think Ford added these to reduce wind noise. Anyhow, mine are torn at the top (see pic) and I'd like to replace them as before it deteriorates completely. Thanks!

Todd, what's the difference between the two part numbers? Each seal is a single piece right? Are the two part numbers for a left and right seal?

Apparently Ford Parts Giant has the part# 4L2Z-26247A50-AA. It'd be great if this was the driver's side piece only, since it's all I need.

I just checked the doors on my '04. I dont have those peices. I have never had any wind noise.
