ok looking for any advice and or help on what to do. I am looking to do a 3 inch suspension lift on my 2005 sport trac should I do it myself do I need to make any other modifications ? Or can anyone recormmend a shop to do this?

Just park it overnight in Newark...by morning, the suspension AND your rims will be lifted!!LOL:bwahaha:
