Will they ever make a Hybrid SUV with a bed?

I love the versatility of having a bed, but the inefficient 16-17 mpg average on a Trac is not cutting it.

Is there a Car Manufacturer working on a Hybrid SUV or Truck with a bed?

Yup. Already here. Cost a boatload of money but you get a tax credit.

And now that they are getting rid of SUV's.... I would say not in the future..

GM is casting their lot with hybrids. Ford with the EcoBoost engine. It is what it is.

Any other makers that might come up with a hybrid bed?
