Wind Noise

getting wind noise in my 07. seems that when im doing 60mph or greater i have wind noise that i though was comming from the doors and it may be didnt know if anyone knew what i could do to fix it. saw the project for the older models and didnt know if that would work on the newer models at well. also heard someone saying something about roof race placement (accprding to owners manual) but i didnt see it in there. any help would be great.

I don't think I have wind noise? When I first got my '07 I was impressed by how quite it was.



I'll have to do another sound check though. Since I aways have the stereo going, wind noise is not obvious.

yeah i only notice it when im on a phone call via the handsfree bluetooth kit installed in my trac

Somethng you might do is loosen the hinge bolts and pull the door in at the top about an 8th of an inch. This will cause the door to close against the to seal more, it may stop the wind noise as it did on the older models._ Ron
