I was going non-stop today. I took a day of leave to get a few things done in preparation for my upcoming move.

7:30 am -- Met the guys at the office for a "fun" 3.3 mile run

8:30 am -- Arrived at my fiancee's to epoxy her garage floor. I have a project on this if you click on my green wrench.

11:00 am -- Went home to shower and then take my daughter and her friend to Hobby Lobby and lunch. Her friend stayed all day as they were making some sort of stuffed aminals or something like that. They began Fall break today. Oh yeah...they talked about boys all day too.

1:00 pm -- Began replacing the sink in the Master Bedroom. It was the original sink from 22 years ago and was starting to rust. I also fixed a problem I had with my shower which caused half the hot water to run down the spigot, instead of to the shower head. Those two projects caused my buddy and I a few headaches, since the old drain didn't match with the new sink, and we also had to find a replacement part for the shower issue.

8:00 pm -- I finally finished cleaning up the mess we made in the bathroom.

Only a few more things I need to do now before we move to Poland and rent my house to one of my co-workers. Tomorrow I get to drive to New Mexico. I can't wait to get back to work so I can rest. :D

And then, all those fun outprocessing trips...

Don't you just LOVE AF fun runs? :D We ran 2 mile wing runs every 3rd Friday of the month at McConnell, and we run quarterly 4 mile Army Air Force cohesion runs down here. Have a good trip!

Larry, The run was the easiest part of my day. I voluntarily met with the normal mandatory PT session. Since I am on leave I didn't have to be there. I did have fun beating everyone in the office that showed up. I am the oldest in our bunch and I was 2 minutes ahead of the next finisher. I recently ran a 10K on base in 58 minutes. Slow for most, but at 44 I am happy to just be running. :D

One of the cars I sponsor is in an Enduro race this Saturday. 8 hours of racing with two drivers. He has been getting two hours of sleep everyday for the past 10 days to get this car ready as he just finished building it, 350Z it will run a full schedule next year for Grand Am Cup racing. I'm excited to see my logo on Speed Channel when they air the races.

Gavin - I'm with you...LOL

Travis,

When I was younger I went to the Marines to sign up. The thing is, I had already taken the ASVAB with the Air Force. The Marine recruiter told me to get the hell out of his office. He did me a huge favor! :D

I may come to Vicensia while I'm in Poland. If I do, I'll send you a note and maybe we can have a beer..

lol at Fast Eddie :)
