I recently purchased both the y pipe and the high flow cat from Zabteck and I was wondering what are the gaskets needed? It appears to be two 2.25 inch gasets to fit where the manifolds connect to the Y-Pipe, but is there one from the Y-Pipe to the High-flow cat? Thanks in advance.

y-pipe to exhaust manifolds,no gasket needed, ball socket fit. Ypipe to cat requires a special flat gasket. Cat pipe to flow pipe requires a donut, 2 1/4",,,

Here is the part number for the Y-Pipe flat gasket to the catalytic converter:

Motorcraft 1L5Z-5B266-AA

Here is the part number for the 2 1/4" donut gasket for the back of the catalytic converter to the intermediate pipe that goes to the muffler: Motorcraft E9TZ-5E241-A.

I can pick these up at a discount from Ford and include them in the boxes with the y-pipe and high flow cat for my cost on the part. I can call Ford tomorrow for pricing.

Most of the time these gaskets are reusable if your careful removing them.
