Zabtech Cat converter

Believe it or not, I am almost done removing original cat, all screws out, conector to oxigen sensor out, battery disconnected, and then, last screw, coming from pre cat section, is no coming out, loks like Ford factory stripped the screw and the nut is tight and there is almost no space:angry::angry:.

I ended putting original cat back since I needed to pick up my daugther from day care.



What can I do, any ideas that will help me remove the mentioned nut?



I will try tapping the nut to see if I can remove it, if not, no other option but cutting it!

Simple......

Place a socket on it and bend the dam thing till it snaps !!!!



Or cut the stupid thing....



Thats why I gave you the new screws ....

You can also grind the head off and then allow the stud to go out in the direction of the converter...
