they did recall for friction modifier, but that isn't the cause of the common problems... like the 2-3 flair, early death of EPC Solenoids, etc... seems like since wayne's tunings fix the 2-3 flare and shift issues that they should recall us and flash our trucks with new "stock" tunings that...

Most on here would probably recommend cleaning your IAC Motor (Idle Air Control) ... there's a project on this in the projects section. Really easy to do and should take care of it.

I trust my truck, I have just had minor things here and there that have sent me to the dealer, and that hasn't been the case with past vehicles. The biggest prob with my trac was the EPC Solenoid, then the other problems were minor... both my tonneau cover locks binding up, peeling steering...

yeah, I get about 17 on trips and that's with cruise set on 70-75 and hardly ever stopping..... humm.... is there something that could be "wrong" with my trac or is it really me and my driving habits? I never thought I was THAT bad on the pedal, but maybe i am. It seemed to get better gas...
