I changed my exhaust in an 07 4.6....removed the pre-cat and muffler, replaced with magnaflow....no CEL, 3000 + miles, did smell something like burning wires the first day but gone now!? I get about 1.5 mpg better mileage between 55-65....

How do I romove the roof rack on my 07 ST? Do I have to go through the headliner? Also has anyone seen some valance body peices to cover the uglyness left when one removes the step bars? Thanks for your considered opinon and assistance. Chuck

I just took some pics of the exhaust....we used much of the original SS pipe and kept the dia the same....Magnaflow 18"....my exhaust guy builds stuff for my street rods, very classy polished SS stuff, but for this, my mule, we pieced together the system to see how it works....cc

HI....Is there an easy way to adjust the shift points of an 07 6 spd 4x4? I am getting ahead of the miliage thing but would like to hold off the down shift points when going up hills....I would like to press the loud pedal just a little bit more before it downshifts....thanks....cc

If you take the foot rails off and do not lower your trac you will be able to see a lot of ugliness under the doors. Just step back about 7 feet and notice what will be left if the rails weren't there, it's not a pretty sight. cc

Speaking of the Adrenalin "kit"....is it available? When I saw that car I made up my mind I had to have one....Then Ford dumped it, bummer....It would be an interesting excersise if Ford sold the "kit" to make an Adrenalin and the sold a whole lot of them....without the Lightning and Adrenalin...

Does anyone know if there is a lowering "kit" for the 07 4wd ST? I would like to get 3 inches or so lower. I have checked the usual suspects and the vehicle is too new I guess.

I'm 62....I have always had pickups, the last was an 03 Super Crew Lariat....I think as one gets older we want to hang on to something we feel comfortable with....The ST is much more manuaverable than F-150 and can haul anything I have hauled in the F-150, It will tow my jon boat and I can take...

OR....you can go to the dealer that has what you want and purchase it there, I did....I have purchased a new car every two years since 1970!...."your" dealer should offer to trade for the car you want if they are really "your" dealer....it's been my experience that they don't give a rats a_ _...

Unless you are going to buy something REALLY different, some dealer, somewhere has your car right now! I spent about 6 hrs online with a zip code printout and did a everincreasing dealer inventory search and found one about 120 miles away, the only thing I wouldn't have ordered was the heated...

I filled the two rear ones with sand! The extra weight takes the edge off the empty truck and in the winter it may come in handy in the snow. I know I pay a miliage penalty, I am going over the road later this month and will run with and without to see if the penalty is to hateful. cc
