One thing worth mentioning is that the OEM assembly has a little rubber o-ring in each of the screw holes. I don't believe that the Recon assembly has them. When I replaced my OEM, the o-rings came out with the screws, but didn't seal right when I installed the Recon. That was the culprit...

That's exactly what Doug was selling through Zabteck. It cost him around $50-$60 to make and sold for $130. However, their primary market is this site (and a few others) and Zabteck discontinued the product due to the lack of demand.
