Need help please, I just put new plugs and wires on my 04 4.0 st, I put the autolite double platinum plugs gapped to 1.39mm and the autolite professional series 8mm wires on. Well i ended up cracking the ceramic on 2 of the plugs when i installed them and didn't notice it when i went to drive it...

i have the 3" BL with a manik grill guard i did it my self all i did was flip and switch the sides of the stock grill gaurd brackets it holds fine but my welder broke before i could add some support. [Broken External Image]:[Broken External Image]:

sorry cant help you on why it is stuck but mine (on my st) was stiff and i but graphite powder in the key hole and its all smooth now.

I have 4 stock 16" wheels off of my 2004 sport trac, looking to get 350+shipping or local pickup around the chesapeake/virginia beach area. I also have the stock tires (goodyear wrangler rt/s p255 70/r16 with about 20,000 miles on them only one tire has some curb rash, 100+shipping for all 4...
