I have a Turner Afterburner downhill bike that I rode to 2nd place in the Amateur Nationals a few years back and still race when I can find the time, I also have a Giant VT1 that I use to train. My wife has a GT XCR LE. I can't think of better way to stay in shape and have fun. Dave

I can tell you from a driving stand point you would be much happier with a true trac differential in the front. Clutch type Limited slips and lockers in a front diff tend to wander and follow ruts and generally are not fun to drive especially at speed. We have used true tracs in our race trucks...

Sorry guys we had some rear suspension problems early in the race that led to a broken axle and an early exit from the race. We already have the truck apart at the shop and are rethinking the rear suspension set-up. Special thanks to Zabtek the motor ran great, our only highlight in the race...

Not sure we would of won, for sure not easily, the Dixon brothers entry was really fast. This is the second ring and pinion we broke both were 6.14 gear sets so I guess we will be using 5.70 gears from now on in the 8.8 diff. I am looking for a Ford 9" set up to install before Vegas to Reno...
