What is weird to me is why was the dash cam even on.... i know that in our area the dash cam is linked with the lights so that as soon as the lights come on the camera is rolling.... also,,, those 2 cars that were passed at the beginning seemed to be getting over quickly as if the lights/sirens...

Acculy, it really easy to program a new key.... search in google.... you put the good key, half start, then put the new key in and turn the ignition almost to start like 8 times or something and then the locks in the car will lock and then unlock telling you that the key has been reprogramed...
