I've been using Mobil 1 full syntehtic oil in the ST for 50k miles and Mobil 1 filter for the last 2 changes bc i got the sale ur talking about. I never used motorcraft oil fillters, just Fram and they seem to work just fine. Has anyone used K&N wrench off oil filters?

Mine does it all the time. When closed see if tailgate lines up with tailight(should be flush). If not rubber stops are in the way, or if you have a bed extender, maybe its not secured right. I just slam the tailgate and that makes the latch catch on all the way so i get no rattling

That's sad you have a 2002 and just hit 100k miles, i have an '05 with 75k miles on it. By end of next year i will hit 100k. Keep it going!!!:)
