2004 Low beams don't work HELP

My Low Beams headlights not not work. All the other lights do work. Even High beams work. I've checked the fuses and they are okay.



Can you folks lead me in the direction to help me solve the problem?

I have ordered a Multifunction Switch after checking voltages and fuses. By the way the switch is $25.00 cheaper from Ford then Autozone or O'riellys.
