Coming home from work this morning my phone rings i pressed the nav screen to answer the phone and the screen shatered :cry: Just hope its covered on my ext warranty!

Isn't your original factory warranty still in effect? If so, it should be covered under that.

Just spoke with the dealer they said they have to remove it and send it to the factory,

they never seen this happen before. I guess we will see.

Sounds like the dealer or Ford is trying to split hairs with the warranty. If your initial bumper-to-bumper warranty is still in effect, then stick to your guns and make them replace it under warranty.:angry:
