The module (RCM) cannot be reset except by a few companies specializing in the repair of them. Ford will not reset them. You're replacing the bags because of deployment, right? I've seen in 1 or 2 cases modules that did not have to be replaced after bag deployment. If you disconnect the ground cable to the battery, replace the bags, and repower them they will flash a code 1 9 on the dash panel indicator if the RCM is full of data and needs replacement. If not a 1 9 then post the code it does flash and we'll go from there.

Press the door lock control switch UNLOCK button then the LOCK button one time to command the module to toggle the autolock/relock feature.
Verify that the horn chirps. There should be one chirp indicating that autolock/relock feature has been disabled. If one chirp is heard, followed by a longer sound of the horn, the autolock/relock feature has just been enabled.
