The best thing to do here is objectively, calmly, and in an adult manner put your feelings aside and look carefully at each candidate's background, beliefs, voting record, and public statements. In these you will see what each man stands for, and your choice will become clear.
That being said, the intelligent and rational choice is clearly for McCain. No thinking American can vote for a man with an Islamic heritage, who consistently voted "present" or for radical liberal policies, who sees no need to pledge his allegiance to the flag of the nation he wishes to lead, and who has no clear plan for how he intends to accomplish anything.
The sad thing is how Obama's supporters constantly try to tie him to past leaders such as Kennedy and Martin Luther King, Jr. in an attempt to bolster his image and gloss over his complete lack of experience. And's it's truly sad that the only reason many African-Americans support him is because he too is African-American. These are not valid reasons to have this man lead the country.
