Backup Sensors

My 2007 Trac that I bought new has 105,000+ miles. No rust, runs good, planning on keeping it. Electrical issues may change my mind. When backing up the backup warning system beeps even though no obstruction. Sometimes it works O.K. sometimes it goes off constantly until taken out of reverse. Could disable it with switch on dash but really like the feature. Can sensors be cleaned or do I need new ones ?

Those sensors are a pain in the ass. I got tapped in the rear a while ago. The sensors stopped working and I get "check park aid" on teh dash. I changed all the sensors and it didnt fix it. I had a guy check the systenm with the computer and it says 1 is still bad. I have yet to change it to see if it fixes it. The system is hard to deal with for sure.
