blue light under steering wheel ??

I just noticed a flashing blue light located directly inder the steering wheel in the dash. It only flashes every now and then no real pattern that I have noticed, I dont have a security system or alarm or anything. Anyone out there know what it is?

Did you buy it new or used? It may be something that a previous owner put in there. If ti is new, take it to the dealer and ask what it is....

tahts where the installers put my alarm relay, so it flashes red like that. Do you have aftermarket keyless entry/alarm?

I see it is a 2004. So more than likely you bought it new.



If it were used I was going to suggest an after-market alarm or something like that from the previous owner.



Pretty sure it is not a factory item. Try to trace the wires back to some component.

All the lights in my '04 are green. Your dealer may have added something. Perhaps it is an alarm that was installed for security while it was parked in the lot.
