Is it possible to replace the radio/CD with a Ford Nav unit. Is it plug and play? Will the SYNC work? Steering wheel controls, etc.? Or am I just daydreaming and should start looking for an aftermarket unit?
Can stock Nav unit be retro fitted in to an ST?

Try OEMAutopartsco.com
They sell complete kits including the OEM head unit to make it like it came from factory. All functions will work. Be sure to tell them it Is a Sport Trac, they are a little different than other Ford trucks. Check my library for before and after photos. It isn't an easy job, but they offer good tech support.
