Canada - what do I need to cross the border?

Driver's License is all you need. Until the end of the year--then you'll need a passport.



If you like beverages like Mike's Hard Lemonade, Smirnoff Ice, etc., be sure to get some up there. It's far different--and far better. Here, it's basically flavored beer. There, it's actually made with vodka (or other liquors). You're allowed to bring up to a case of it back across the border.

When I went to BC a couple of years ago, all they ever asked for was my drivers license.
