I've lost about the same amount since this time last year. 35 pounds is a lot (over 15% of my original body weight). I am at 201 now, and was 236 at my heaviest last March. I started working out 4 or 5 times per week for at least an hour each day this year. I have only lost 7 pounds since then, but I can visibly see the muscle increasing and fat decreasing. My friends are noticing too.
