I just purchased a center console from a fellow member. (the one with the bag)

The previous owner of my Trac had installed a Explorer full length console that I didn't care for at all.

After removing the old Explorer console and attempting to install the new console, I;ve run into a problem. I cant figure out how the front of the console attaches to the floor. The rear of the console attachs with the huge bracket that the armrest bolts to, but the front of the console can be moved around very easily and isnt held in place by anything.

I took a look at the projects section and found this photo.

My Trac doesn't have these two plastic pieces up front. It's just bare. How does the console attach up front even with these plastic pieces? Is there something I can fab up? I doubt I'm going to have any luck finding these things.

Help!

You need the tan colored mount. Salvage yard?

The console is fastened by the two forward screws.

In YOUR picture, red arrows pointing to "new bolt hole".

I can physically look at my bag console in 30 minutes.

I fastened everything together with silicone to stop rattles.

Sorry, can't break the sealant to take pics. Pic from manual:
