Thanks. I was able to sort it out after searching a few other threads here and elsewhere. In case anyone else encounters the issue and comes across this thread - THIS is the part I ordered from Amazon for my 2007 ST Limited. Will update post after I install it - should arrive tomorrow.
UPDATE: Yep - new ignition switch solved the issue completely. My overhead light wasn't coming on during bumps but rather would stay on for a good 30 seconds after I started the truck and was particularly annoying at night as I pull out of driveway in the dark and the interior overhead light remained on. A wiggle of the keys would sometimes make it stop and sometimes make it prolong. The new switch from Amazon fixed all issues. Thanks for the prior posts that led me to the solution.
