Has anyone replaced only the elbow at the top of the evap canister vent hose? This is the elbow at the end of the hose that directs the fumes through and behind the wheel well. I have searched many different on-line parts sites and have not found it anywhere. My ST is an '05 so it is not part of the recall on this hose.

Thanks Eddie, but I wish it were that simple. Tried that, but generic elbows will not work. This part has 2 clips on the end of it that clip it in place inside the inner liner. But the elbow itself does not pass through the inner liner. It seems to be very specific and I have had no luck finding it on-line. My concern is when I go by a dealer it will be an entire hose assembly I have to buy instead of just this elbow.

Update. Not really much of oen though. Stopped by my local dealer parts department. After quite a bit of research and printing parts diagrams we can not find this elbow. So again, if anyone has had to replace this evap vent hose elbow please give me a part number. :)

Update. Eddie, your idea ultimately worked. I dropped by my O'Reilly store where the Manager is a former Ford mechanic. He was able to quickly match me up a PCV elbow that is an almost perfect match. It is a Dorman brand, part #47032. I had to go this route after working with my local Lincoln parts department and we all discovered that this specific elbow is not listed as a part in any form except as part of the entire vent hose assembly. And we also discovered that this specific elbow was only used on the 2005 Sport Trac. Hope this update helps someone else later.

Greg, good deal.:supercool:

Im going to write this # down. Im sure my '04 has the same elbow..
